Because music generation is highly personalized, your Input might occasionally contain personal data (for example, if you include a friend's name or a personal story in the prompt). We strongly recommend you do not include sensitive personal data (like financial info or government IDs) in your song prompts.

Your Input data is retained by our AI generation partners only for a short time to process your request and for abuse monitoring purposes. It is generally deleted shortly after generation and is not used by our AI partners for training their base models.

Your generated Output (the customized song) and the associated Input prompt will be stored securely on OurTune.com's servers so you can download your purchase. You may request the deletion of your Output from our servers at any time by contacting support. Otherwise, we retain it to ensure you have ongoing access to the product you purchased.
